Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Prosthetics Magazine.

If for any reason you feel you need to return the product you have purchased and received in the post, we’re here to help. This does not apply to tickets for The Prosthetics Event, which are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case where there event is cancelled by us.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product by UK customers and 28 days of the original purchase of the product by international customers. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days by UK customers and 28 days by international customers
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Prosthetics Magazine.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Products Purchased from other Stockists

Prosthetics Magazine does not provide returns of or refunds for our products purchased at newsstands or other stores, either physical or online.

Subscription Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
