Where can I buy PROSTHETICS Magazine?
From this site and from our stockists. We also usually sell all available issues at The Prosthetics Event every November.

Can I order back issues?
Yes, you can order all available issues here or try with our stockists for sold out issues

Can I subscribe to the magazine?
Issue 23 was the last issue of the magazine and therefore print subscriptions are no longer available, but you can still subscribe to the digital library for access to all 23 issues online here

My magazine hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Please contact info@prostheticsmagazine.co.uk with your name and order number if you have it, so we can trace your order and rectify the issue

Can I submit an article?
We are no longer producing the magazine so are not on the lookout for articles anymore. Thank you to everyone who submitted articles in the past, these were very much appreciated

I have a question about The Prosthetics Event, who can I ask?

Can I subscribe to the magazine?
Sadly we have ceased printing the magazine so print subscriptions are no longer available. Digital subscriptions are still available however, for access to all 23 issues online

Which issues does the online subscription buy you access to?
Issues 1 to 23 are all available with the online subscription. There will be no new issues added after number 23 however, as we have now stopped producing the magazine.

Is your online subscription compatible with mobile devices as well as laptops?
Yes, it is compatible across all devices with added pinch-screen zoom functionality and page-swiping for smaller, handheld screens.

I’m having technical difficulties, who can help?
Please contact info@prostheticsmagazine.co.uk for assistance, stating which device and browser you are using and clearly describing the problem you are experiencing.

The magazine isn’t displaying properly on my screen, what could the problem be?
Please try these solutions:

1. Check you are logged in to your account
2. Magazines may take a couple of minutes to load due to the size of the files so please allow up to this amount of time before continuing with the next step
3. Check you have a good Internet connection and speed: the pages are large and will take longer or potentially fail to load if your connection is weak or speed very slow
4. Refresh the page which may help the display to adjust to your browser, here’s how:

On a PC: Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload or Refresh button (circular arrow), or press Ctrl + F5. (If you’re using Windows Linux press Ctrl + Shift + R)
On a Mac: Press Command + Shift + R

5. Clear your browser’s cache/history. The method is different for different browsers and are all easy to find out by searching online

If the problem persists please email info@prostheticsmagazine.co.uk for technical support, clearly stating which device and browser you are using.

How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Log in to your online account by clicking MY ACCOUNT at the top right of the website which is shown on every page
2. Select SUBSCRIPTIONS from the left-hand menu
3. Click CANCEL for the subscription you would like to cancel

Cancellation will occur from the end of the paid period you cancel within. Should you wish to reactivate your subscription at any point you can do so by visiting the same page and clicking the ‘Reactivate’ button.

Do you have special rates for colleges and universities?
We’re pleased to offer academic institutions wholesale prices when purchasing 10+ print copies, as well as special rates for subscriptions.

Our online academic subscriptions offer great discounts for groups of 20+ college/university users. Academic group access is available via this website, or we can also provide access through OpenAthens and Shibboleth. Please contact info@prostheticsmagazine.co.uk for more information.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit and debit cards.

Can I pay with an AMEX or Diners Club card?
Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club card payments.

Can I pay with Paypal?
Currently, we don’t use Paypal.

Do you have distributors worldwide?
Yes, we have stockists right across the world, many of whom stock back issues.

I would like to stock your magazine, how can I become a distributor?
We have now stopped printing the magazine and therefore only issues 1 to 23 are available. Please contact sales@prostheticsmagazine.co.uk for our wholesale rates if you would like to stock these.

How can I advertise in your magazine?
We are no longer printing the magazine so are not able to offer advertising space anymore.
